As a trusted member of our retail team, you will mentor other staff, learn the Star Service model, and ensure a clean, organized store environment. The role requires strong communication and flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a fun and energetic environment for fans and teammates.
• Mentor and train teammates to deliver the Star Service experience.
• Educate on product knowledge and promotions to drive sales.
• Maintain a neat, clean sales floor, cash wrap and fitting area.
• Balance customer service with opening/closing procedures and safety.
