Job summary

Target is seeking a Service and Engagement Team Leader in Winter Haven, FL to lead hourly team members, deliver guest experience commitments, and manage daily workloads to meet service and sales goals. You will train, coach, and evaluate staff while fostering a welcoming store environment.

The role requires high school diploma or equivalent, at least 18 years old, and strong communication. Prior retail experience is preferred; adaptability and a passion for guest service are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Lead and hold others accountable.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Ensure every team member understands training and delivers Target's guest experience commitments.
• Lead a team of associates, coaching, evaluating and retaining talent.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to support goals and drive loyalty and sales.
• Respond to guest concerns and resolve issues to maintain security and safety.
