Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2-3 years of retail experience with preference for candidates with store leadership roles.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours with regular attendance.
• Desire to succeed in a high-growth, fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our C.H.A.R.M service model.
• Champion a positive team culture and uphold Crocs, Inc.'s core values.
• Assist in all store departments including POS, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
• Lead on the sales floor to achieve personal and team sales goals through effective selling strategies and consumer engagement.
• Manage day-to-day team activities by delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by sharing product knowledge with consumers to elevate their experience.
• Adhere to Crocs policies, including Asset Protection procedures, shortage prevention, and inventory control.
