Meijer Inc. is seeking a dedicated team member to help run daily operations and deliver exceptional customer service in our store. You will lead front-line staff, assign daily tasks, coach peers, and support training to achieve sales and service goals.

With a passion for customers and collaboration, you will help maintain product displays, assist with scheduling, and ensure safety and freshness standards are met while contributing to a positive Meijer culture.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service and a welcoming attitude toward customers and teammates.
• Strong spoken and written communication.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to influence others and build rapport with customers.

Responsibilities

• Guide daily operations to ensure a positive shopping experience and meet department goals.
• Communicate tasks to team members and assign duties.
• Mentor and coach staff to exceed customer service and sales targets.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and cross-training to improve productivity.
• Help maintain merchandising, pricing, and product displays to Meijer standards.
• Support leadership in inventory, freshness, and safety practices.
