Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Must be at least 18.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Physical ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Be enthusiastic, knowledgeable about NIKE products and services to support customer needs.
• Lead by example and deliver service in line with Nike’s Service Principles.
• Make customers feel welcome and understood at every step of their journey.
• Operate a cash register, assist with stock, shipping and visual displays.
• Support store events and collaborate with teammates.
