Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Learn and train on the latest Nike products and technologies.
• Physical ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Be enthusiastic, excited, and knowledgeable about NIKE products to best support customer needs.
• Bring a positive attitude and passion to teammates and customers daily.
• Lead by example and deliver service in line with Nike’s Service Principles to bring the consumer journey to life.
• Make customers feel welcome, and exceed their expectations at every step.
• Operate a cash register, shipping and receiving duties, stock products, clean and build visual displays.
• Show up for teammates by attending store events.
