Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; hands-on experience and achievements valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement.
• Lead and coach associates to meet sales goals and deliver results.
• Supervise opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Support stockroom operations and timely product flow to sales floor.
• Maintain visual merchandising and stock replenishment per brand directives.
• Uphold store policies, safety standards, and procedures.
