Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2–3 years of retail experience with a preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles.
• Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality essential to this position.
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast‑paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our service standards.
• Assist in all store departments, including POS system management and stockroom operations, to create a seamless shopping experience.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and help achieve personal and team sales goals.
• Manage day‑to‑day team activities and ensure timely follow‑up with high service standards.
• Stay informed about product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives to elevate customer experience.
