• Supervise department of responsibility, overseeing store profitability through receiving, replenishing, and processing.
• Create and maintain store culture through teamwork and coaching, leading by example.
• Collaborate with the store leadership team on policies and standards for assigned areas.
• Maintain company standards and policies; ensure adherence and resolve problems.
