Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a retail supervisory role or similar
• Experience operating POS and in-store computer systems

Responsibilities

• Oversees the day-to-day work of associate level staff.
• Provide direction, training, and coaching to associates to ensure efficient operations and proper store procedures.
• Supervise assigned department of responsibility and oversee store profitability through receiving, replenishing, and processing.
• Create and maintain store culture through teamwork and coaching; lead by example.
• Collaborate with store leadership on policies, procedures, and standards for assigned areas.
• Ensure adherence to company standards and quality procedures; resolve issues as they arise.
