Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience operating a POS system and in-store computer systems
• Effective communication with store leadership, associates and customers

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day work of associate-level staff
• Provide direction, training and coaching to ensure efficient operations and proper store procedures
• Supervise department of responsibility to drive store profitability through receiving, replenishing and processing
• Foster a positive store culture and lead by example
• Collaborate with store leadership on policies, procedures and standards
• Maintain company standards and procedures and resolve issues as they arise
