Job summary

Bath & Body Works in Hendersonville, TN seeks a Supervisor to partner with the Store Manager to develop outstanding associates, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive growth across the store. Our store leaders are frontline, brand ambassadors who empower teams and connect with customers daily.

As a Supervisor you will coach and motivate associates, lead operational tasks, and ensure execution of plans with a customer-first focus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Supervisory experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Customer-focused selling culture and strong communication skills.
• Ability to provide in-the-moment coaching to associates and de-escalate customer situations.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relationships or maintenance.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans and operational execution.
• Perform opening/closing routines including bank deposits and shipments.
• Set daily direction and goals for the team.
• Provide performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences with product knowledge and selling behaviors.
• Train, coach and motivate associates to improve selling and the customer experience.
• Maintain safety, policies and store appearance.
