Qualifications

• Strong communication and conflict de-escalation skills.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain store leadership team.
• Set performance expectations and accountability with associates.
• Own leadership tasks addressing customer experience, vendor relations, maintenance.
• Lead floorset direction to showcase products.
• Manage opening/closing routines and payroll targets.
• Provide feedback and coaching to staff.
• Ensure safe, engaging in-store experiences.
