Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the CROCS service model.
• Assist in all store areas: POS, service, merchandising, and stockroom.
• Lead on sales floor with store management to exceed sales goals.
• Coordinate day-to-day team activities and ensure timely follow-up.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by sharing product knowledge with customers.
• Adhere to asset protection, inventory, and compliance policies.
