Responsibilities

• Deliver high levels of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Lead and coach associates to deliver superior customer service and meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing, floor coverage, and delegation of tasks.
• Support stockroom operations, organize inventory, process shipments, and ensure product flow to the sales floor.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product replenishment aligns with brand directives.
• Promote and participate in local community initiatives and events.
