Job summary

Vans is a premier brand rooted in skateboarding culture, seeking a Supervisor to support store leadership and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach associates, drive sales, and ensure store standards while partnering with the Store Manager to maximize profitability.

The role requires 1+ years of retail leadership, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• Over 1 year of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong coaching and communication skills with ability to influence at all levels.
• Ability to work independently, manage shifting priorities and meet business expectations.
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and retail software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level of personalized customer engagement.
• Assist in achieving and exceeding sales goals and KPIs.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset.
• Coach and develop associates to meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing and floor coverage.
• Support stockroom operations and product flow to sales floor.
• Participate in training and onboarding of new team members.
