Job summary

Goodwill Industries of South Texas is seeking a Crew Leader-Retail to greet customers, assist with selections, and process transactions on the retail floor. This role supervises store staff when the Retail Store Manager is unavailable and upholds the agency's values in daily operations.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, can multitask, and works well in a team. The position is full-time, on-site in Texas, with flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with retail experience.
• Valid Texas driver license with clean driving record and carry minimum liability coverage as required by the State of Texas.
• Pass pre-employment criminal background check and Drug/Alcohol screen.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, provide information, complete payments, and handle inquiries courteously.
• Attract customers with display ideas and merchandise presentation to support store goals.
• Open and/or close store, handle bank deposits, and submit reports to management.
