Gap is seeking store team members in King of Prussia to support the store leadership and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You will educate customers on loyalty programs, model selling behaviors, and collaborate with staff to keep tasks running smoothly.

You will be adaptable to a flexible schedule, assist with opening/closing, and engage customers across in-store and online channels to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with opening/closing checklists and after-hours work as needed.
• Leverage omni-channel tools to ensure a frictionless customer journey.
• Maintain compliance with company standards.
