Nike West Palm Beach is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead a high-volume Nike store team in a fast-paced environment. The Specialist role emphasizes customer service excellence, team leadership, and hands-on store operations to drive the consumer journey from welcome to purchase.

You will guide staff, train on latest products, and ensure bold ideas are implemented to delight customers while meeting store goals. The role requires flexibility for nights and weekends in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Physical requirements include bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Being enthusiastic, excited, and knowledgeable about NIKE products to best support customer needs.
• Bringing a positive attitude and passion to teammates and customers daily.
• Lead by example and deliver service in line with Nike’s Service Principles.
• Make customers feel welcome, understand their needs, and exceed expectations at every step.
• Operate a cash register, shipping/receiving duties, stock products, and build visual displays.
• Show up for teammates by attending store events.
