Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Key Holder in Colorado to engage customers, support store leadership, and help exceed sales goals. You will learn product knowledge, supervise operations, and develop the team while delivering an exceptional in-store experience.

As a Partner, you’ll contribute to merchandising, open/close procedures, and adherence to policies, with opportunities for growth across our expanding network of stores.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail sales experience or equivalent.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed expectations and build customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories and communicate features and benefits.
• Maintain and achieve sales and merchandising goals; assist with floor moves and housekeeping.
• Process transactions accurately at POS and manage cash handling.
• Open/close procedures and adhere to attendance policies.
• Support store leadership and participate in team development.
