Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a reliable Key Holder to deliver outstanding customer service, develop store partners and support daily operations. You will assist leadership in driving sales, merchandising, and ensuring accurate POS transactions while maintaining store presentation and compliance with company policies.

We value leadership, communication and flexibility; 1–2 years in retail, ability to work nights/weekends/holidays, and up to 10% travel for local store support.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, time management and organization skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
• Up to 10% travel to support local stores, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories; communicate product knowledge to customers.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals (UPT, ADT, add-ons, data capture).
• Be informed of current promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves, displays, sales setup, and housekeeping.
• Assist with processing merchandise and replenishing floor stock.
• Complete all sales transactions accurately at POS and manage cash/media quickly.
• Develop skills and improve metrics by partnering with store leadership.
• Perform opening and closing procedures in line with Time and Attendance policy.
