Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Key Holder to lead store teams, drive sales and deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will develop partners, master product knowledge and ensure prompt, accurate transactions at the register.

You will support leadership with promotions, merchandising and operational procedures, while meeting sales goals and upholding company standards across shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, time management and organization skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Up to 10% travel to support local stores, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories; communicate product knowledge to customers.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals, including UPT, ADT, add-ons and customer data capture.
• Stay informed on current promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves, displays, and store housekeeping.
• Assist with processing merchandise and replenish floor stock.
• Accurately complete sales transactions and manage cash at POS.
• Seek ways to develop skills and improve metrics with store leadership.
• Complete opening and closing procedures and comply with Time and Attendance policies.
• Adhere to laws and company policies in all duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Demonstrate high quality work, attendance and appearance.
