Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Key Holder to lead in-store service, train team members, and support the leadership team in daily operations. You will drive sales, understand promotions, and ensure accurate transactions at the register.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of retail experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. Travel to nearby stores may be required.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, time management and organization skills.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Up to 10% travel to support local stores, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in our product categories; communicate knowledge to customers.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals (UPT, ADT, add-ons, info capture).
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves and displays.
• Process merchandise and monitor floor stock replenishment.
• Complete sales transactions accurately at POS and manage cash/media accountability.
