Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience operating a POS and in-store systems.
• Effective communication skills with leadership, staff and customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the day-to-day work of associate level staff.
• Provide direction, training, and coaching to associate-level team members to ensure efficient operations and proper store procedures.
• Supervise assigned department and manage store profitability through receiving, replenishing, and processing.
• Create and maintain store culture through teamwork and coaching, leading by example.
• Collaborate with store leadership on policies, procedures, and standards for assigned areas.
• Adhere to company standards and policies; resolve problems and ensure quality standards.
