Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees the day-to-day work of associate-level staff.
• Provide direction, training and coaching to ensure efficient store operations and customer experience.
• Supervise department profitability through receiving, replenishing and processing stock.
• Foster store culture through teamwork, coaching and professional conduct.
• Collaborate with leadership on policies, procedures and standards for assigned areas.
• Ensure adherence to company standards and resolve issues promptly
