Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum of six months supervisory experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must successfully complete Goodwill training within the required period upon employment.
• Ability to obtain first aid and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers and donors within service standards.
• Lead, train, and coach team members in daily retail operations.
• Oversee pricing, sorting, and rotation of merchandise to standards.
• Ensure proper processing of donations and timely movement to floor or storage.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and production areas.
