This role supports the Store Manager in developing the team, managing operations, and promoting our core values to earn customer loyalty.

The position offers full-time hours, on-site work, and opportunities to drive sales performance, merchandising, and customer satisfaction across the store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred, retail-ready.
• Flexible schedule for full-time employment; capable of standing and physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Sales Representatives to improve customer interactions and sales performance.
• Manage customer wait times for a smooth in-store experience.
• Stay up to date on products, services, and leadership best practices.
• Provide guidance and support on sales and customer service strategies.
• Support store maintenance and ensure a clean, organized retail environment.
• Oversee visual merchandising to meet company standards.
• Ensure compliance with retail procedures and operational guidelines.
• Help team members use store systems and communications effectively.
• Drive financial performance by monitoring KPIs and expenses.
• Uphold United Wireless policies and procedures.
