KnitWell Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for Store 3060-Nebraska Crossing-ANN-Gretna, NE. You will lead a sales floor team, foster a welcoming culture, and ensure exceptional customer experiences across channels.

You will coach associates, support recruiting and development, and leverage technology to optimize operations and results. This is a full-time role with opportunities for monthly bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience preferred.
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen with ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
