KnitWell Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for Store 3094-Evansville Pavilion-ANN-Evansville, IN to support customer experience and build a strong store culture. You will lead on the sales floor, coach associates, and collaborate with leadership to deliver exceptional service and results.

The role emphasizes hospitality, technology proficiency, and proactive decision-making to drive store performance while maintaining the brand’s standards across our collections and brands.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to lead by example on the sales floor.
• Proactive decision maker.
• Comfort with technology and store reporting.
