• Communicate with team and assign daily tasks.
• Mentor and coach team members to meet sales goals and Meijer standards.
• Assist training new team members and cross-train talent.
• Assist with department scheduling to boost engagement and sales.
• Ensure product freshness and monitor rotation and dating policies.
• Lead ordering, receiving, stocking, pricing, and display as applicable.
• Support food safety standards and safe work practices.
