• Supports training new team members and cross-training high potential talent.
• Assist in department scheduling to improve customer service and profitability.
• Ensure product freshness through rotation and dating policies.
• Guide the team in food safety standards and safe operations.
• Oversee ordering, receiving, stocking, pricing, and display where applicable.
• Help create an inclusive Meijer culture with diversity, equity, and inclusion.
