Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; hands-on achievements valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high levels of personalized customer engagement.
• Support store leadership in achieving sales goals and KPIs.
• Model selling behaviors and coach associates to meet productivity targets.
• Oversee daily store operations, opening/closing, floor coverage and task delegation.
• Assist in stockroom, inventory flow, and loss prevention practices.
• Participate in training and onboarding of new team members.
