Job summary

Vans is seeking a Supervisor to support the store's leadership team and drive exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail setting. You will coach and develop associates, supervise daily operations, and ensure merchandising standards align with brand directives.

With 1+ years in retail leadership and strong communication skills, you will help achieve sales goals, maintain inventory integrity, and foster an inclusive team culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; hands-on experience valued.
• Proven ability to drive results through store teams and exceed sales & profit goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Comfortable using word processing, spreadsheets, and retail software tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by monitoring progress against KPIs.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset through authentic customer interactions.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver high levels of customer engagement and meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Support stockroom operations by organizing inventory and processing shipments.
