Job summary

Vans is a VF Corporation brand seeking a Supervisor to join our retail team in a fast-paced environment. You will support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, lead by example, coach associates, and ensure exceptional customer experience while driving store profitability.

You will supervise daily operations, organize stock, train new team members, maintain merchandising standards, and uphold safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proven ability to drive results through store teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Comfort with word processing, spreadsheets, and retail software tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level of personalized customer engagement.
• Support store team to achieve sales goals and monitor KPIs.
• Model selling behaviors and foster consumer-centric mindset.
• Coach and develop associates to meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations and task delegation.
