Job summary

Timberland is seeking a Supervisor to lead store teams and elevate customer experiences in a fast-paced retail setting. You will coach associates, manage daily operations, and partner with store leadership to maximize sales and maintain brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the store’s leadership team and drive exceptional customer experience.
• Lead by example, coach and develop associates, and ensure store standards.
• Monitor KPIs and help achieve sales goals while maintaining profitability.
• Supervise daily operations, open/close procedures, floor coverage and tasks.
• Assist in stockroom operations and ensure timely product flow to the floor.
• Participate in training and onboarding, provide ongoing feedback.
