Job summary

Timberland is seeking a Supervisor to support the store’s leadership team and drive a best-in-class customer experience. You will lead by example, coach and develop associates, and ensure operational excellence across customer engagement, merchandising, and store standards.

In partnership with the Store Manager, you will help maximize store profitability and foster an inclusive team culture. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoys mentoring others,

Qualifications

1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree preferred.
Proven ability to drive results through store teams and exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities

Lead by example to coach and develop associates and ensure operational excellence.
Drive customer engagement, merchandising, and store standards across the team.
Coordinate with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to maximize profitability and foster an inclusive culture.
Oversee opening/closing, floor coverage, stockroom operations, and loss prevention practices.
