Job summary

Timberland at Mall of America is hiring a Supervisor to lead store operations and drive exceptional customer experience. You will coach and develop associates, oversee daily store activities, and partner with store leadership to maximize profitability while upholding brand standards.

This role requires 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience, a high school diploma (associate degree preferred), and a willingness to work in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high levels of personalized customer engagement.
• Support sales goals by monitoring KPIs and individual targets.
• Model selling behaviours and foster a consumer-centric mindset.
• Coach and develop associates to meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing.
• Assist stockroom operations and ensure timely product flow.
• Train and onboard new team members with ongoing feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising and stock replenishment.
• Support inventory integrity through shipping, receiving, and LP.
• Promote community involvement and uphold safety policies.
• Foster inclusive environment encouraging creativity.
