Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; hands-on achievements valued.
• Strong drive to meet sales and profitability goals and develop teams.
• Coaching, motivating, and building diverse teams for high performance.
• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and basic retail software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Brand Advocates to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
• Partner with Store Manager to drive profitability through customer engagement, operations, and merchandising.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of new staff with high-caliber talent.
• Provide ongoing training, feedback, and development to team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Manage expenses, shrink, and overall store profitability with Store Manager.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product replenishment.
