Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory, leading a team, or equivalent experience.
• Flexible schedule to support store opening, production and closing operations.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English with customers and associates.
• Keyholder responsibilities for open/closing and securing the store as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store management team with the overall operation of the retail store when scheduled or assigned.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, including reporting theft or misuse of company property.
• Resolve customer complaints in a fair and impartial manner and refer unsettled disputes to the store manager.
• Coach and train associates on their assigned team as a subject matter expert.
