Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in position or specialization.
• Experience operating a Point of Sales (POS) system and in-store computer systems.
• Strong communication skills with store leadership and customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the day-to-day work of associate-level staff.
• Provide direction, training, and coaching to ensure efficient operations and proper store procedures.
• Supervise assigned department and oversee store profitability through receiving, replenishing, and processing.
• Foster store culture through teamwork and professional conduct; lead by example.
• Collaborate with store leadership on policies, procedures, and standards.
• Maintain company standards; ensure adherence to procedures and quality standards.
