T-Mobile is seeking an experienced Retail Team Lead to guide store associates in delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales goals. You will coach staff, manage daily operations, and ensure product knowledge and store standards.

You will monitor performance, train on new products, handle merchandising, and collaborate with leadership to optimize the customer experience. This role requires a customer‑focused mindset, strong communication, and a passion for helping teammates grow

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop retail team members to achieve sales targets and deliver customer service excellence.
• Coach and train staff on product knowledge, customer interaction, and store procedures to enhance team performance.
• Manage store operations including visual merchandising, plan-o-gram compliance, and maintaining store environment standards.
• Monitor and control store expenses, discounting, and credits to support financial objectives.
• Oversee customer wait times and ensure customer needs are met through effective team coordination.
• Stay current on products, services, and leadership practices to serve as an expert resource for the team.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
