Position Overview

The Team Lead assists in managing daily store operations and has limited supervisory responsibilities in the absence of management.

Essential Functions

• Making bank deposits as required
• Maintaining security of cash and keys
• Opening and closing the store as needed
• Leading staff in daily tasks
• Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
• Providing excellent customer service
• Ensuring timely placement of goods on the sales floor
• Meeting production targets
• Following loss prevention and process flow guidelines
• Stocking workstations to meet goals
• Upholding safety standards
• Maintaining the safety of the store environment
• Communicating safety concerns promptly

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months supervisory experience
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Proficiency with computer systems, POS, Windows, and internet
