Summary
Assists the Retail Store Manager and Retail Assistant Store Manager in the operation and management of a retail center by performing the following duties personally or through supporting team members.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Receives donations using GRATIS (Greet, Receipt, Assist, Thank, Invite Back, Sort).
- Sorts, prices, and stocks donations for sale according to established expectations.
- Utilizes point-of-sale system accurately to complete sales and requests customers to round-up change for mission impact.
- Records donations, merchandise production, and completes specified tasks accurately.
- Exceeds production goals related to the role.
- Maintains a clean work environment.
- Demonstrates mastery in cashiering, softline, and hardline roles through evaluation.
- Obtains and maintains forklift, walk-behind stacker, first-aid, CPR, and BBP certifications.
- Trains new team members and sets a positive example.
- Provides coaching to team members as needed.
- Handles refunds and customer concerns.
- Reports security or theft issues to management or Asset Protection.
- Complies with all policies, procedures, and safety standards, meeting regulatory standards.
- Leads store activities in the absence of or at the direction of the Store Manager/Assistant Manager.
- Performs administrative duties such as opening/closing, bank deposits, and securing the building.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Leads retail team and store activities under the direction of the Store Manager/Assistant Manager, including training, planning, and addressing concerns in accordance with agency policies.
