Walmart Inc. in Jamestown, ND is seeking a store leadership role responsible for supervising hourly associates and driving store performance. You will hire, train, mentor, assign duties, and recognize associates while promoting a culture of belonging and high customer service standards.

You will coordinate with stakeholders, monitor operations, manage P&L aspects, budgeting, and action plans to reduce shrink and meet sales goals. Previous supervisory experience in retail is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include 2 years of college or 1 year retail plus 1 year supervisory experience, or 2 years general work plus 1 year supervisory experience.
• Preferred: BS in Business Management and Leadership via Live Better U and Bellevue University, with experience supervising 5+ direct reports.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and develop hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, and assigning duties.
• Promote a belonging mindset and ensure customer service standards are met across store operations.
• Lead and develop teams by communicating expectations, providing feedback, and driving store performance.
