Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates, touring stores and providing feedback; communicating and collaborating with all levels of associates regarding store operations, technology, merchandising and company direction.
• Drives the financial performance and sales of the designated store area by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses; ensuring merchandise presentation and inventory flow meet goals.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates including hiring, training and mentoring; setting expectations and promoting a belonging mindset in the workplace.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and supports the Open Door Policy while guiding business processes.
