Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, may require CBC and firearms training.
• Associates must attend and successfully complete trainings (Academy, Open Door, etc.).

Responsabilités

• Hire and develop hourly associates; mentor and assign duties; promote belonging.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities and recognize performance.
• Lead teams by teaching, training, and listening; ensure store operations align with company direction.
• Manage customer service initiatives and resolve issues to ensure a high quality experience.
