Job summary

Walmart is seeking a capable store leader in Burlington, NJ to drive operations and sales. You will lead and develop hourly associates, oversee budgets and merchandising, and ensure exceptional customer service across store functions.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all trainings (Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, listening, and providing feedback.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements and managing budgets.
• Ensures customer service standards and resolves customer issues to deliver a strong in-store experience.

Education

2 years of college or 1 year of retail experience + 1 year of supervisory experience or 2 years general work experience + 1 year of supervisory experience
