Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site team at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. As a trusted advisor, you will help customers with in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while growing its local client base.

You will engage with customers, work 20+ hours per week, wear a TurboTax uniform, and participate in local marketing efforts to expand Turbotax’s presence in your community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sundays through Saturdays, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
• Willingness to build local community presence and client relationships.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador and public face.
• Engage prospects, nurture leads, and convert them into long-term clients.
• Lead local marketing efforts and make taxes approachable for customers.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Help clients maximize refunds with tax planning guidance.
• Deliver professional, accurate tax solutions using available resources.
