Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as on-site Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

This role combines tax expertise, community engagement, and client service to empower customers with accurate, easy-to-understand tax solutions. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete returns, and support local marketing efforts to grow TurboTax presence in the community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA license or attorney license required.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax filing experience (1040) using professional software.
• Onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Assist with discovery sessions and tax planning for clients.
• Support local marketing and outreach to build community presence.
• Deliver an exceptional, client-focused in-person experience.
