Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must be able to obtain state licenses/certificates as needed.
• Familiar with Circular 230 and tax rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan taxes.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in a front-facing retail setting.
